  • Turkeys: Use the second number in the graph if you are using hybrid genetics/16 week harvest dates. For heritage breeds, use the first number/24 week harvest dates.
  • Ducks: Use the second number in the graph if you are using Pekin meat genetics and the first number if using Muscovy meat ducks or duck egg Layers.
  • Layers: Use the second number in the graph if you are using hybrid Layers, and the first number if using heritage breed Layers.
  • Broilers: Use the second number in the graph for Cornish-Cross genetics/6-8 week harvest dates, 4-6 lbs carcass weights. Use the first number if using a slower growing strain such as Freedom Ranger or a heritage breed/9 week harvest dates.
